Aesthetician (Esthetician) (English/Mandarin or English/Chinese/Korean/Japanese Preferred) Little Laser Clinic Skincare & Injectables
We are a Dermatology-oriented medical spa in Long Island City seeking a passionate, bilingual or multilingual professional to join our team in a versatile role. The position combines aesthetician services, front desk reception assistance, and assisting with laser and injectable procedures. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth client flow, and deliver top-tier aesthetic treatments while supporting our clinical team. Key Responsibilities:
- Aesthetician Services:
- Perform facials, laser hair removal, and conduct skin care consultations.
- Assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines.
- Ensure treatments are delivered with precision and in accordance with spa protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Front Desk & Client Services:
- Assist front desk with greeting and checking in clients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Provide exceptional client care, building positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist in selling services and products.
- Assist with local marketing, outreach to referral sources, and business development efforts.
- Manage inventory, receive and stock deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Medical Assisting &* Client Flow:*
- Assist clinical staff with client consultations, medical procedures such as lasers and injectables, blood draws, and treatment preparation.
- Ensure proper documentation, maintain client confidentiality, and assist with EHR data entry.
- Handle patient care tasks as needed, including taking photos for records and supporting post-treatment follow-up.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- Esthetician licensure (State)
- Medical Assistant experience preferred
- English/Mandarin or English/Chinese/Korean/Japanese preferred for client communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Proficient with technology and handling client data (EHR, iPads, etc.).
- Must be punctual, professional, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and willingness to support other locations if necessary.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay: $16.50 - $40.00 per hour
