310 Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Site Work Estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in preparing accurate estimates for commercial earthwork and site development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial site work projects.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Develop competitive proposals and bid packages.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams during the preconstruction process.
- Maintain bid schedules and track project opportunities.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous estimating experience in commercial site work, excavation, earthwork, utilities, or civil construction preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license
