Franco’s is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Pilates method and confidence in working with all fitness levels. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, positive, and dedicated to providing safe, high-quality instruction.

Small Group Instruction: Provide instruction for small group Reformer classes and classes on all other equipment.

Safety & Form: Instruct clients using proper form and safe methods on all equipment.

Equipment Knowledge: Maintain and demonstrate a working knowledge of all Pilates equipment.

Atmosphere: Maintain an energetic, positive, and motivational environment for all members.

Operational Standards: Be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to the scheduled class times.
Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with all departments to ensure smooth club operations.

Certification: Must possess a current comprehensive Pilates Certification.

Experience: Previous teaching experience is required.

Foundation: A strong background in the Classical foundation of Pilates.

Flexibility: Must be willing to teach early morning classes, evening classes, and sub when needed.
Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
