We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of appliances and mechanical equipment in commercial kitchens and other facilities.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct HVAC system repairs such as air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating components to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work performed on equipment repair and service logs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Experience with refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction experience or building systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with maintenance operations including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.

Pay: $25.42 - $30.61 per hour
