Lead and work alongside crew members to perform landscape maintenance on high-end residential properties.

Assist Account Managers and the Landscape Maintenance Director in executing daily responsibilities and project goals.

Load, organize, and maintain equipment and tools each day, ensuring a clean and efficient work truck.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to support team growth and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, representing Ables Landscapes with professionalism.

Perform detailed maintenance tasks such as hand-pruning, installing and caring for small shrubs and perennials, watering, mulching, and fertilizing.

Valid Driver's License required.

Working knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, or landscape installation and construction skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to achieving company goals.
The pay for this full-time position ranges from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
