Job Overview
We are looking for an Automotive Technician to become a vital part of our team ,delivering exceptional vehicle care and repair services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance. Your expertise will help keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly while providing outstanding customer service. This Monday through Friday paid position offers opportunities for growth and skill development in a fast-paced, rewarding air conditioned environment.
Due to our increasing work flow we are hiring immediately as we are currently scheduling 3 to 4 weeks out.
We are offering both flat rate and salary positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs such as engine work, welding, and suspension adjustments.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively.
- Service vehicles by replacing parts, performing oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, ADAS technology, and diagnostics equipment.
- Hands-on experience with Subaru vehicles or similar makes is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, transmissions, and vehicle maintenance protocols.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics accurately.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.0 per week
