Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our Compliance Department and assist with general office administrative tasks as needed. This role primarily focuses on handling permits, licenses, and compliance-related documentation for retail businesses while also providing support across other administrative areas of the office.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Compliance Department with retail business permits and licensing processes
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records and documentation
- Follow up with agencies, inspectors, clients, and vendors regarding compliance matters
- Data entry and filing (digital and physical)
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
- Assist with additional office tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – required
- Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish – preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
