As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Bucket Truck Operator to join our team and support field operations. The Bucket Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating bucket trucks to assist with elevated work activities, support crews on job sites, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with company safety standards. This role requires experience working in outdoor and construction environments, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with field teams.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate bucket trucks to access elevated work areas
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections
- Support crews with overhead work, material handling, and jobsite setup
- Follow all company safety procedures, including fall protection and equipment operation protocols
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operation near utilities, structures, and traffic
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting tools and materials
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and site personnel
- Maintain accurate daily logs, inspection reports, and required documentation
- Ensure bucket truck and equipment are properly maintained and kept in safe working condition
- Work outdoors in various weather and jobsite conditions
