Lead Mitigation Technician – Water Damage Response

All Dry Services in Stamford, Connecticut is expanding its property damage restoration business and hiring an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to support residential and commercial property damage projects throughout Fairfield County.
This role is designed for someone who already has hands-on property damage mitigation experience and is comfortable leading field activity, directing technicians, and maintaining strong operational standards on active jobs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to residential and commercial water damage losses
- Lead field activity during mitigation and cleanup projects
- Perform extraction, demolition, structural drying, and remediation work
- Install and monitor drying equipment and moisture control systems
- Take moisture readings and complete field documentation & photo taking
- Support daily coordination of technicians and job site workflow
- Communicate with customers and property stakeholders professionally
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in job-ready condition
- Support emergency response operations and rotating on-call scheduling

Compensation and Benefits
- $26–$28/hour based on experience
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of mitigation or restoration experience
- Experience leading technicians or field crews preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in active field conditions and participate in rotating “after-hours” on-call schedules
- Strong communication and organizational skills
