To support this momentum, we’re hiring an AT&T Customer Representative to join our team. As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll represent AT&T through face-to-face customer service and sales initiatives within local communities. As a representative of both our company and the campaign launch, maintaining a professional and polished image is essential.
As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll receive hands-on training and continuous mentorship from our leadership team. You’ll work within an assigned territory, connect customers with AT&T wireless solutions, and help strengthen brand awareness through direct interaction. AT&T Customer Representative Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute in-person sales and customer engagement campaigns to drive wireless service enrollments and generate referrals
- Educate prospective customers on available plans and provide comparisons to help them make informed decisions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process to support retention and satisfaction
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the customer experience and campaign performance
- Share successful sales techniques and market insights with team members to help exceed campaign goals
- Submit daily activity and performance reports to leadership to track progress and results
AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet with customers
- Prior AT&T Customer Representative experience is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, direct sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the office is highly preferred
