Position Summary:
The Banquet Server is a vital member of our hospitality team, expected to demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong service-oriented approach. Our banquet servers play an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for weddings, private parties, member events, and other special functions.
Responsibility:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware, according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with club standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events.
- Clear tables and reset for subsequent courses or events.
- Assist with breakdown and clean-up after events.
- Work closely with banquet captains and management to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude.
