Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Music Leader who will lead worship services through music and prayer, enhancing the spiritual experience for congregants.
Duties
We have about 55-65 weekly worshippers for our weekly Sunday morning hybrid worship service. Most of our music is an eclectic mix of traditional hymns and contemporary pieces accompanied by piano. Music Leader would work closely with the Pastor and Accompanist to lead the congregation in praising God. If candidate has choir directing experience, there are 10-12 regular singers in the choir.
Requirements
· Comfortable with leading worship and sharing the love of God through music.
· Background in music and choral performance
· Must be a good sight reader.
· Proficiency in vocal leadership of group singing
· Familiarity with basic audio technology and troubleshooting
· Familiar with several styles and arrangements of traditional hymns
· Experience in conducting a choir or small ensemble is preferred but not required.
· Effective planning and organizational skills
· Team player who is reliable and punctual
· Basic computer skills for email communication
· Willing to Complete Safe Place Policy Requirements and undergo a background Check

Job Type:
part-time, must be available on three-day weekends and most of the Sundays during the summer.
Sunday rehearsals 9-9:50 am and worship service 10:00-11:00 am.
Pay: $80.00 per hour
