What You’ll Do as a DSP
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll help adults with IDD live fulfilling, self-directed lives in their homes and communities.
You will:
· Provide respectful, person-centered support
· Promote health, safety, and emotional well-being
· Support daily living, personal care, and medication routines
· Assist with volunteer work, community integration, and recreation
· Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized support plans
· Foster personal relationships, independence, and dignity

Qualifications
· Must be 18 or older
· High school diploma or GED
· Valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to pass a background check

* Must be available to work 2 weekends when needed
