Overview
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming service requests, scheduling field technicians, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of installation, repair, and maintenance services for low-voltage systems. This role acts as the central communication hub between clients, field technicians, and internal teams, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Request Management
- Receive, log, and prioritize incoming service requests from property managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Assess the nature of each request (installation, repair, maintenance, emergency response) to ensure appropriate scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records in the company’s tracking system.
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Schedule field technicians based on skill set, availability, geographic location, and urgency of the job.
- Coordinate daily and weekly service calendars to optimize productivity and minimize travel time.
- Communicate job details, materials needed, and special instructions to technicians before dispatch.
Customer Communication & Follow-Up
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service status, updates, and scheduling changes.
- Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction and capture additional service needs.
- Address customer concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure technicians have the tools, materials, and equipment required for scheduled jobs.
- Update job progress in the system and notify relevant teams of delays, rescheduling, or additional work needed.
- Track technician time, service reports, and completion notes for accurate billing and documentation.
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Monitor service delivery performance to ensure company service standards are met.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on service activity, technician performance, and open work orders.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
