Job description
MUST HOLD CURRENT IICRC CERTIFICATION and have experience being a lead tech in water remediation.
Job duties include:
- Prep job sites with containment and air scrubbers
- Demo and remove damaged materials
- Water extraction and clean-up
- Demo and removal.
- Packing contents
- Clean recoverable items and contents
- HEPA vacuum and damp wipe
- Assess wet materials, setup drying equipment
- Collect pre and post samples
- The capacity to lift 50 pounds

- Able to show up on-time, punctuality is key
- Self-motivated
- Sees what needs to be done and does it with little to no supervision
- Customer service driven
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (including, but not limited to):
- Insurable driving record
- Drug free
- Physically able to work in PPE and wear respiratory protection
- History of good employment attendance
- Able to regularly lift 60+ lbs
- Ability to work in tight attics and crawlspaces
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly Range: $37+
