Role Description
The Enrollment Marketing Specialist (Contract / Remote) is an independent contractor (1099) position responsible for helping our clinic connect with families and raise awareness for our specialized reading programs. This is a fully flexible, remote role with a highly lucrative, performance-based incentive structure. Compensation is tied directly to successful client enrollment, offering uncapped earning potential.
Day-to-day tasks include executing local and digital outreach strategies to connect with parents, private school networks, and pediatric healthcare providers. The specialist will introduce qualified families to our practice and encourage them to book a free consultation call. The clinic founder handles all actual clinical consultations, intake, and direct therapy sessions. Full guidance and training on our target market and messaging will be provided.
Qualifications
- Experience in organic lead generation, local business marketing, educational outreach, or relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact warmly and professionally with families and community partners.
- High autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to manage your own hours and build an outreach pipeline independently.
- Strong organizational skills to track inquiries and follow up with interested leads.
- A background or strong interest in education, literacy, or child development is highly beneficial.
Pay: $525.00 - $5,250.00 per month
