Georgia Health Partners is a Community Based Behavioral Health Provider. We are currently seeking a Clinical Manger to join our team. This is a full time in office position. The office is located in Tucker GA.
Preferred Job Qualifications: Licensed professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Associate Licensed or Master Level Therapist will be considered as well if you have experience with community mental health.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Track monthly Authorization expirations
- Request ongoing authorization from insurance providers in a timely manner to avoid gaps in services
- Assign, Track, Review new and ongoing Assessments
- Enter updated authorizations and treatment plans into EMR system (Notenetic)
- Maintain a daily spreadsheet
- Caseload Assignment for new and existing Individuals
- Request, Track and Finalize Clinical Discharges
- Address Clinical Concerns Regarding Contractor Caseloads
- Communicate with referral source for expedited problem-solving
- All other duties requested as needed by Clinical Director

- Ability to manage and handle Clinical oversite to contractors
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment

Minimum Job Requirements:
Masters Degree
