Hemp Product Technician (Production Team)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, hard-working, and production-focused Hemp Product Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and consistently show up ready to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
- Temper, mold, and package chocolate products with precision and consistency.
- Demold, package, and label gummy and hard candy products efficiently.
- Accurately package and label hemp edible products for retail sale.
- Maintain production quotas while meeting strict quality standards.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and GMP procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area.
- Learn product knowledge and represent the company professionally at events when needed.
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food production, food service, manufacturing, or commercial kitchen environments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and fine motor tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Experience with chocolate tempering and molding.
- ServSafe Certification or GMP training.
- Experience in cannabis or hemp edible production.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
- Interest in growing within the hemp and cannabis industry.
