Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, fashion-forward Style Advisor who genuinely loves helping people look and feel their best. This role is about more than just selling clothes — it's about getting to know clients, understanding their lifestyle, and becoming their go-to source for style advice year after year. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and motivated by building a loyal client book, not just closing a single sale.
This is an on-site position working closely with clients, tailors, and store leadership to create a personalized, memorable shopping experience from the first visit to the fitting room.
Key Responsibilities
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and maintain a strong client book
- Provide styling advice and curate outfits based on each client's needs and lifestyle
- Follow up with clients proactively for new arrivals, special occasions, and repeat visits
- Stay current on trends, product knowledge, and seasonal collections
- Partner with tailoring team to ensure a seamless fit and alteration experience
- Help create an inviting, well-merchandised sales floor
- Meet personal sales goals and contribute to overall team success
- Bring positive, welcoming energy to every client interaction
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for relationship-building
- Fashion-forward with a strong sense of personal style
- Men's custom suiting experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and driven by sales goals and client retention
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Saturday availability
- Retail or styling experience preferred but not required — attitude and people skills matter most

Pay: $22.58 - $27.20 per hour
