Omni Health Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team at our Upper Darby location. This leadership role is responsible for providing clinical oversight, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services, and supporting the professional development of clinical staff.
Position Summary
The Licensed Clinical Supervisor oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical treatment services while ensuring compliance with agency policies, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations. In addition to providing supervision, this position maintains a clinical caseload and works collaboratively with the Clinical Director to promote efficient site operations and coordinated client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to mental health staff.
- Mentor and support clinicians through ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethical standards, and state and federal regulations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of agency policies and procedures.
- Oversee the clinical operations of an assigned office location and/or team of therapists.
- Monitor quality of care and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure effective site operations and coordinated service delivery.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active professional licensure is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-time, paid post-master's clinical experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services.
