About the Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for new patients and play a crucial role in their journey toward achieving a confident smile. You’ll guide patients through their treatment options, explain financial plans, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience. The goal is for the patient/parent to choose our office after their amazing experience with you as their treatment coordinator!
Responsibilities

Welcome new patients and provide an exceptional, friendly experience

Review treatment plans with patients and answer questions clearly and confidently

Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options

Coordinate scheduling of initial and follow-up appointments

Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the clinical team

Support practice growth by following up with prospective patients

Ability to explain treatment and financial details with confidence

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in dentistry/orthodontics and/or sales is preferred, but we will train the right person

Bilingual in Spanish is required
