Our staffing service is growing, and we are seeking a Business Development Associate with recruiting experience. This role may also be known as Full Desk Recruiter or 360 Recruiter.
We are looking for candidates who are innovative, determined, and tenacious.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage sales, account development, and marketing through cold calls, warm calls, and professional emails
· Conduct research to generate actionable ideas
· Attend relevant business events
· Develop and implement strategic account plans and proposals
· Acquire new clients and build strong client relationships
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, Salary range is $35,00 - $60,000, Commission and salary to be determined based on candidate strength as a match for the position responsibilities.
