Child Care Assistant Director
In this role, you will assist in our 3-year-old classroom during the day and help supervise our wraparound care program in the afternoons. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Child Care Director to support the daily operations of the program, ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children, and help meet the needs of students and families.
Job Requirements
- Certifications (VIRTUS, First Aid, CPR, etc.) and other AEA trainings or willing to obtain
- Strong social, communication, and interpersonal skills
- At least 18 years of age or older with experience in education or childcare setting preferred
- Physical abilities
- Lead activities and sports
- May require lifting up to (but not limited to) 15 lbs
- Cleaning, which may require bending over or pushing objects
