Job description/responsibilities include: Mentor and support youth! Program administration and development, event organizing, street outreach shifts + providing supplies, referrals, and other support to youth (under age 25)
Required Qualifications: Experience with street outreach, youth experiencing houselessness, experience with LGBTQ and/or neuroatypical folks preferred.
Direct experience with diverse youth and/or collective process or democratic education is great!

Qualities we are looking for in candidates: Fun, reliable, flexible, open, caring, compassionate, patient, able to “let go” of adult privilege, supportive of GDS mission and adult/youth partnerships.
Contract period: Aug. 2026- June 30, 2027 (contract will likely be renewed)
Hours: part time, 20-25 hours/week. Hours are somewhat flexible.
Location: Minneapolis- NE and other neighborhoods
