PRN Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dependable PRN Radiologic Technologist to provide coverage in our outpatient surgery center, interventional pain office, and busy neurosurgical practice. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work alongside experienced neurosurgeons, pain management physicians, and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic imaging and intraoperative fluoroscopy procedures.
- Operate and maintain C-arm fluoroscopy equipment during surgical cases and interventional pain management procedures.
- Provide imaging support for neurosurgeons and pain management physicians during procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and other fluoroscopy-guided interventions.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout imaging procedures.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Assist with equipment quality control and routine maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT certification required.
- Active state radiologic technologist license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with C-arm fluoroscopy required or strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in surgery, neurosurgery, pain management, orthopedics, or an ambulatory surgery center is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
