Position Title : Human Resource Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on boarding training for new hires (New Hire Orientation)
- Participates in the recruitment, screening, and orientation for all candidates
- Develop onboarding kits to support new employee integration.
- Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- Assists with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
- Manages HR Projects & various miscellaneous administrative activities.
- Assists with performance development tasks.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level
- HR staff or management.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources setting preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Bilingual in Korean and English

Pay: $59,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
