In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the laminating and filter production teams with materials, wrapping and packaging. Your hands-on skills will help drive our production line forward, contributing to the success of the facility. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in assembly, equipment operation, and warehouse product flow while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly line tasks, including restocking needed parts and moving completed materials out of production.
- Conduct spot quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials throughout shifts; physical stamina is essential
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory procedures is a plus
