We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable candidate to become one of our Opening/Day Bakers at our Sun Prairie, WI location.
This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate will have early morning (5AM) into day, Friday availability, and Saturday availability. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:
- Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn
- Able to lift 50+lbs and stand idle for longer periods of time
- Be able to read through and follow recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment (18+) to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Constant communication with Shift Leaders and Managers to ensure daily goals are met
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older to work all equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to work full scheduled shifts
- Must have Friday and Saturday availability
- Must be able to start at 5AM
- Must have reliable transportation to and from location
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (**Not Funded by Crumbl-$9.99 Cost**)
Preferred Experience
- Food service, bakery, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus
- No baking experience? No problem! We provide training for the right candidates.
