Description:
We are seeking a House Managers in Training to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale.
Working Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday:
Tuesday-Friday: 1:00PM-10:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM-10:00PM
Sunday-Thursday:
Sunday: 8:00AM-10:00PM
Monday-Thursday: 1:00PM-10:00PM

Learn the duties and obligations of the house manager role.

Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within SRH group homes.

Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.

Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.

Manage and supervise staff and resources.

Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.
Salary:
55K-60K per year

Requirements:
- Must have at least six months paid childcare experience and at least 3 1/2 years of any combination of the following:

1. Paid child care or related experience; or 2. Post-high school education in social work or a related field.

Must be 21 or older

Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record

Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one

Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
