Position Overview
This role focuses on delivering exceptional, hands-on outpatient interventions within a patient-first environment. Working in close coordination with the supervising Physical Therapist, you will play an active role in executing individualized plans of care, fostering a collaborative clinic culture, and upholding rigorous standards of skilled clinical treatment.
You will do what you do best—focusing directly on patient progression and outcomes—while enjoying a collaborative workplace where your clinical input on daily care delivery is genuinely valued. You won’t be doing this alone; as a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you will have comprehensive access to world-class national clinical systems, proprietary training pathways, and extensive resources to guarantee your professional success.
What You'll Do (Clinical Care & Progression)
· Execute and progress skilled, evidence-based treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
· Deliver specialized interventions for a diverse patient demographic, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance disorders.
· Utilize advanced neuromuscular facilitation techniques, functional training, and manual skills to optimize patient mobility and function.
· Provide vital tactile/verbal cues and clinical reasoning during sessions to mitigate safety and fall risks, especially for maintenance populations.
· Collaborate on community outreach initiatives and build strong relationships with local healthcare referral networks.
· Provide valuable clinical insight and feedback on workflows and programmatic development as our clinic volume expands.
· Document skilled treatments accurately and efficiently within the EMR system, tracking functional outcomes and patient experience.

· Credentials: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Ohio, or eligible for licensure.
