Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Quotation & Estimating Lead to manage complex lighting quotation projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, in-office environment.
Our projects are large, detailed, and require careful review, coordination, and accuracy. Success in this position comes from the ability to stay organized across multiple active jobs while maintaining a high level of precision and communication.
You will work directly with electrical and general contractors and must communicate with clarity and confidence to build trust and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and prioritize workload to ensure all quotation projects progress on schedule
- Review architectural drawings and specifications to develop accurate, complete lighting quotations
- Communicate directly with our internal design team to be sure all specificatiosn are quoted per their design intent and provide feedback between the manufacturer and designer.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and reps to gather accurate product and pricing information
- Maintain organized documentation and clear project tracking across all jobs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction estimating, quotations, or project coordination (lighting or electrical preferred). Minimum of 5 years.
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects without losing attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills with contractors and vendors
- Highly organized with effective systems for tracking and prioritizing work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam and experience with QuickBooks or similar systems
- Represents the company with a polished and professional appearance, reflecting the high-end nature of our projects and workspace

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
