Server
Cowboy Mac's and Pope's Pizza are seeking friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you'll be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by delivering knowledgeable, attentive, and genuine hospitality while helping guests enjoy everything our restaurants have to offer.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming first impression.
- Guide guests through menu selections, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations.
- Assist with opening, closing, side work, and general restaurant cleanliness.
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to deliver exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, game days, and local events.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

We’re especially looking for servers who are available on game days, weekends, and for major local events. Our schedule is event-driven, so flexibility is key!
