Field Sales Representative (St. Louis, MO) — 1099 Contract LOMA Platform | Contract to Full-Time | $4,000/month Base + Commission
About LOMA
LOMA is a local store marketing platform built for franchise operators. We give franchise locations access to a curated marketplace of vetted marketing vendors — direct mail, digital ads, canvassing, and more — all in one place. Franchisees save time, stay on-brand, and get real visibility into their local marketing activity.
We're expanding into Houston and looking for the right person to help us get there. This starts as a 1099 contract role with the opportunity to come on full-time for the right candidate.
The Role
We need a door knocker. Someone who can walk into franchise locations, start real conversations with owners and operators, and set up demos of the LOMA platform. You'll be running those demos yourself — showing franchisees how LOMA works and why it makes their local marketing easier. No corporate hand-holding. You own your territory and your results.
What You'll Do
Canvass franchise locations across the St. Louis market in person. Start conversations with franchise owners and operators about their local marketing. Book and run 15-30 minute demos of the LOMA platform. Close new accounts and hand off to the onboarding team. Report activity and pipeline on a regular basis.
You're a Fit If You:
Have done door-to-door or field sales before and can hit the ground running. Are comfortable walking into a business cold and starting a conversation. Don't need a manager telling you where to go or what to do. Want to build something real with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Requirements
Prior door-to-door or field sales experience. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong communicator — in person and by phone. Available to start immediately.
