Position Summary
ON//X exists to build strong bodies, empowered lives, and thriving communities with purpose — we are purpose driven people serving people driven by purpose, rooted in Faith, Family and Achievement. As Member Experience Curator, you are the first real conversation a prospective member has with ON//X — and one of the most consistent voices they hear after they join. This is a relational and influential role. You enjoy connecting with others to understand what they are wanting in life, how their current fitness routine is falling short in supporting that and finally connecting what ON//X has for them to better their way forward.
The role doesn't end at signature. You own the relationship through their onboarding into the club and beyond – assisting with their fitness and account needs as well as checking in proactively so members stay committed to themselves.
