About the Opportunity
ServCorp is seeking qualified Warehouse Support Specialists for a potential logistics and warehouse support opportunity in Fort Stewart, Georgia. This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates selected through this recruitment process will be considered for employment upon successful contract award and project authorization.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Support Specialist provides technical and operational warehouse support in a fast-paced military logistics environment. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and redistributing Army equipment while ensuring compliance with Government property accountability, inventory management, and safety requirements.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- No routine telework; work is performed on-site at Fort Stewart, GA.
- Federal holidays observed in accordance with the contract.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, issue, and prepare Army equipment for shipment or redistribution.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Record inventory transactions and maintain accurate equipment accountability using Government inventory systems.
- Assist with equipment turn-in operations supporting Army Equipment Recovery Distribution Site (ERDS) activities.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space utilization and maintain orderly operations.
- Support inventory counts, equipment inspections, and property accountability requirements.
- Follow Army safety regulations and established warehouse procedures.
- Handle hazardous materials and sensitive equipment in accordance with Army safety and regulatory requirements when assigned.
- Assist with equipment redistribution, divestiture, and modernization initiatives.
- Support Army modernization, equipment redistribution, divestiture, and transformation initiatives through timely processing of equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Perform additional warehouse support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, supply support, or Government property accountability.
- Hands-on experience using GCSS-Army is required. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience performing inventory, warehouse, and property accountability transactions within GCSS-Army.
- Experience using SEAM and/or ISM to support Army inventory management, equipment redistribution, or excess property operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Government property accountability procedures and Army logistics operations.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment; electric forklift experience preferred.
- Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain Government-required certification upon contract award.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in an active warehouse environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to Fort Stewart and successfully complete all required Government background screening and installation access requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. Army or Department of Defense logistics operations.
- Experience using SEAM and/or ISM.
- Experience supporting Equipment Recovery and Distribution Site (ERDS) operations.
- Knowledge of Army supply procedures and Government property accountability.
- Electric forklift operating experience.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
