About the Role
We're looking for a motivated technician to join our team in the Reno/Sparks area. You'll be installing fiber internet services in multi-dwelling unit (MDU) environments — apartment complexes and similar residential buildings — and providing hands-on support to help customers get connected.
What You'll Do
You'll install fiber internet modems and related equipment in MDU buildings, assist customers with in-home Wi-Fi setup, device connections, and network configuration, troubleshoot service and connectivity issues efficiently and professionally, perform testing and quality checks on installed equipment, and deliver excellent customer service during every visit.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with experience in a hands-on field role — fiber or MDU installation experience is a plus. A personal vehicle is required — we cover mileage so you're never out of pocket for travel between job sites. You should be able to work independently, manage your time well, and move efficiently between job sites, with strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers in their homes. A valid driver's license is also required.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
