This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional communication skills, gain hands-on business experience, and grow into leadership opportunities.
We work with nationally recognized energy clients and specialize in customer acquisition and face-to-face sales solutions. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our clients through face-to-face customer interactions
- Educate customers on energy programs and service options
- Build strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Work within residential communities to acquire new customers
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training
- Track personal performance goals and growth opportunities

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work full-time and in person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
