This position is focused on optical sales, eyewear dispensing, inventory management, and order coordination.
We're looking for an organized, customer-focused team member who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work. This is much more than a front desk position. You'll play a key role in helping patients choose eyewear they love while ensuring every order is accurate from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and upgrades.
- Verify completed eyewear for quality and accuracy before delivery.
- Receive, organize, and maintain optical inventory.
- Track and follow up on lab orders to ensure patients receive their eyewear on time.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
- Perform frame adjustments, minor repairs, and fittings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete tasks with attention to detail.
- Work closely with doctors and teammates to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Retail, sales, customer service, or optical experience is helpful but not required.
- We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English is helpful but not required.
