You are responsible for assisting the residents in assisted living with their ADL's utilizing appropriate procedures as outlined by the Resident Services Coordinator and in compliance with the State of Washington WACs. Review of WACs and facility policies regarding recording, documentation in the resident’s chart, sign off of the POC, signifying completion of assisted task, and observation of residents changing condition where appropriate are required. Nurse Delegation certification is not required upon hire but helpful for growth. This position is interim coverage until increased census changes in future.

Qualifications:
· Pass a fingerprint background check.
· Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
· Current CPR certification, Food Handlers and First Aid.
· Knowledge of universal precaution.
· Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, visitors and other community personnel.
· Written skills required to document resident incidents, and notify appropriate authority.
-Mental health and Dementia certifications are required along with 12hrs mandatory CEU's.
· Ability to work as a team member and build excellent communication.
