Warehouse Associate - Receiving and Order Fulfillment

Flooring Expo is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring flooring materials are received accurately, staged properly, and prepared for delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and inspect materials for accuracy and damage
- Receive and process inventory using company systems
- Pull flooring materials and supplies for scheduled deliveries and installations
- Stage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
- Assist with customer will-call pickups
- Load delivery vehicles safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License required
- Ability to lift and move heavy flooring materials (up to 75 lbs) on a regular basis
- Computer skills, including ability to navigate email and learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
