Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, utilizing strong public speaking skills to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
- Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management processes to ensure product availability for customers.
- Leverage bilingual or multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive internet sales
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
