What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking dedicated DSPs who:
- Have 6+ months of experience supporting intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
- Understand best practices for managing challenging behaviors and building skills.
- Are patient, compassionate, and reliable.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
- Implement and track Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
- Support daily living skills: personal hygiene, meal prep, housekeeping.
- Manage behaviors with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and staff.
To qualify, you must have:
- Minimum 6 months experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health clients.
- Able to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable, insured transportation.
- Pass background check, drug screen, and TB test.
- Willing to travel up to 30 minutes.
Available Shifts:
- Monday–Friday (varied shifts)
- Some weekends & holidays preferred
- Pay based on shift and flexibility
- Travel up to 30 minutes may be required.
