Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and energetic Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
<Responsibilities>
- Implement age- appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants.
- Create a positive, supportive, and nurturing, classroom environment
- Provide attentive, loving care to infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring their safety at all times.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and saftey standards.
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations
- Manage daily classroom activities
- Communicate regularly with parents of guardians about their child's daily activities.
<Requirements>
- Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or caregiving setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom activities effectively while maintaining a nurturing enviornment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with families confidently.
- Ability to handle various caregiving responsibilities such as feeding, diapering, and soothing infants with compassion.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
