Who we are
Greenwich HVAC is a hands-on, family-style HVAC company based in Stamford, CT. Owned and operated by Frank Kasmarski, a licensed S1 technician with over 25 years in the HVAC trade, we’ve been serving the Greenwich area since 2017 with a strong focus on integrity, teamwork, and doing the job right.
We are not a corporate shop. We are a tight-knit local company that takes pride in our work, our customers, and our crew.
What we do
We specialize in residential HVAC service, maintenance, replacements, and installations. Our work includes boilers, furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, geothermal systems, ductless setups, small to medium installs, and some light commercial work.
Our motto is Integrity First. We operate out of a fully stocked 1,500 sq. ft. shop with a complete sheet metal fabrication setup, stocked supply area, and the tools needed to do quality work.
Who we need
We’re looking for a full-time HVAC apprentice/helper who wants to build a real career in the trade — not someone looking for temporary work.
The ideal person has completed, is currently attending, or is serious about HVAC trade school and wants hands-on field experience with a company that will teach them the right way to do things.
You do not need to be fully licensed or experienced, but you do need to be reliable, coachable, hardworking, and serious about learning HVAC.
This role will involve helping with all parts of the business: service, maintenance, replacements, installations, shop work, truck stocking, jobsite cleanup, and learning from experienced technicians and installers.

We value hard work, respect, honesty, and camaraderie. If you want a career in HVAC and are willing to show up, learn, and do things the right way, we want to talk to you.
