Position:Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist
Location: Boston (Seaport)

Overview: The company provides drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, background checks, blood draws, wellness programs, and clinical testing. Normal Operating Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-F, On-call and/or after-hours collections will be required from time to time. Must be on time and available to open and close the lab daily.
Job Summary: Certified Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists are responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of client services they are legally qualified and trained to handle. You must have hands on blood draw experience and preemployment physical experience a plus. Must be certified at both.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* All testing collection processes for drug, alcohol, DNA, and clinical testing (urine, saliva, hair, nail, phlebotomy and vital signs)
* Customer enrollment working with Fieldprint, must pass a background check (Fieldprint is performing on a computer I9 verification, finger printing etc. scanning passports) once approved as a Trusted Agent
* Entering in appointments, sending out appointment invoices, packaging drug tests, filling out FEDEX, UPS shipping labels, Looking up clinical tests and giving pricing to customers calling for information. Like: CBC test
* Perform observed and unobserved urine collections as required
* Perform on-site collections at various work places as directed. After-hours on-call collections at client’s work place may be required. This will require the use of a personal vehicle. The Company will reimburse for mileage at the IRS allowable rate.
* Perform basic cleaning to comply with lab protocol/daily office cleaning duties
* Administer accurate, reliable, confidential, and timely notifications.
* Office administration, record keeping and upkeep, adhering to all relevant state/federal regulations, as well as company policies, and procedures.
* Maintain customer protocols and electronic customer management.
* Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
* Answer phones, schedule appointments.
* Communicate accurately with clients, Designated Employee Representative, and Medical Review Officers and our lab vendors.
* Maintain certifications and ensure continuous professional development and training within all relevant job functions.
* Maintains national registry licensure for phlebotomy

Work Location:
- One location and at clients in the Boston area. Must have a car and license.

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Phlebotomy/Drug testing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Phlebotomy: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
