We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing residential real estate closings from contract to funding.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of title closing or title processing experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a strong understanding of the residential closing process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA Settlement Statements, and HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- Request and review mortgage payoffs, lien letters, and HOA estoppel certificates
- Review title commitments and satisfy closing requirements
- Coordinate residential real estate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents
- Prepare closing documents and ensure files are complete and accurate
- Coordinate mail-away and mobile closings when needed
- Issue title insurance policies following closing
- Maintain accurate records and manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Closer, Title Processor, Escrow Officer, or similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience preparing CDs, ALTAs, and HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- Experience requesting payoffs, lien letters, HOA estoppels, and reviewing title commitments
- Experience using DoubleTime software is strongly preferred
- Experience with Qualia is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $50,136.60 - $75,000.00 per year
