Responsibilities
- Test and optimize automated equipment (battery, optic and semiconductor.
- Communicate with customers on testing applications and requirements
- Determine materials, equipment, and installation process necessary to maximize installation efficiency.
- Act as the primary technical support -- commissioning and troubleshooting hardware/software/electrical motor/pneumatic systems at customer sites
- Perform installation, calibration, configuration, and recipe tuning; verifying the systems meets performance specs
- Identify equipment deficiencies (hardware, software, design or safety issues), and report to technical/production teams
- Support sales teams with technical expertise, proof-of-concept builds, demos and spec/limitations guidance
- Provide training of system operation, maintenance, and calibration for operators and preventative maintenance
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedule and keep service records.
Requirements
- · Electrical or Mechanical background
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical field
- Computer and peripheral knowledge
- Organized and Detail-Oriented
- Equipment Installation/Service/Maintenance Experience
Preferred Skils:
- Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical field
- Bilingual – English/Mandarin
- SW knowledge like language of C++/Python or LabView with API application
- Thermal equipment control and knowledge
- Working experience or knowledge of Semiconductor or optic industry
