About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-loving Marketing Coordinator to own our day-to-day reporting and support a variety of marketing tasks for our clients. This is one of our most hands-on roles and a great fit for someone who enjoys turning numbers into clear stories. More than a coordinator seat, this is a learning incubator: you will work directly alongside senior leadership.

What You will Do
Compile and format daily and weekly performance reports
Assist with content scheduling and social posting
Support SEO, AEO, and GEO campaign tasks
Keep client dashboards and trackers up to date
Coordinate small marketing projects end to end
Skills & Tools You will Use
Spreadsheets (required): Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets to sort data, track budgets, and build simple charts — must be comfortable working in Excel
Social media management: Scheduling posts with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact
Content management systems (CMS): Making simple text or image updates on websites using WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, or Shopify
Basic graphic design: Canva proficiency to edit templates, resize images, and maintain brand consistency
Copywriting and editing: Strong grammar to write clear captions, email subject lines, and short blog posts (tools such as Grammarly and Google Docs)
Project tracking: Familiarity with Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track tasks and deadlines
Asset organization: Keeping digital files, logos, and images organized in Google Drive or SharePoint so the team can find them fast
Platform analytics: Reading basic dashboards in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or email reports
