Summary: The President is responsible for leading overall company operations, ensuring alignment between strategy, people, processes, safety, and culture to achieve financial and operational goals. Essential Functions including the following but not limited to the below.
Lead by Example:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure the company's strategy, people, processes, and resources are aligned to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing leadership team that drives execution, engagement, and long-term organizational success.
- Ensure business operations are supported by effective policies, procedures, and systems that promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide executive oversight of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and operational planning.
- Partner with leaders across the Legacy Mechanical Group to identify and implement best practices that enhance safety, culture, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Support and execute enterprise initiatives related to strategic planning, leadership development, technology adoption, process improvement, and organizational growth.
- Collaborate with shared service departments and affiliated operating companies to ensure alignment of business objectives, policies, reporting standards, and organizational priorities
- Leverage resources, talent, expertise, and capabilities across the Legacy Mechanical enterprise to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Represent Commercial HVAC within Legacy Mechanical leadership forums and contribute to enterprise decision-making, long-term planning, and organizational success.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Work Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industry
- Proven experience in executive-level operations management, including P&L oversight
- Demonstrated success driving organizational growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Strong background in strategic planning, workforce development, and customer relationship management
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based with frequent interaction across departments and leadership teams
- Regular visits to construction sites or operational facilities, which may include exposure to noise, dust, temperature variations, and moving equipment
- Fast-paced, high-accountability environment requiring strong decision-making and adaptability
- Frequent collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners
