We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced, high-performing team at Door Driven. You’ll be assigned a specific area and trained to succeed. No prior experience necessary—just grit, coachability, and work ethic.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock doors in your assigned territory
- Talk with homeowners about internet options powered by Brightspeed
- Generate interest and close deals
- Input and track leads in our simple CRM tools (SPOTIO, BASS, Payment Tracker)
- Show up, work your hours, and let the results speak for themselves
Compensation:
- $20/hour base
- Uncapped commissions
- Average reps make $1,500–$8,000 per week
- Weekly bonuses & incentives available
